1. Turneele de șah care au loc în cadrul Festivalului Internațional de Șah - FISCA sunt reglementate de Legile șahului și de reglementările actuale FIDE și FRȘah.

The chess tournaments that take place within the International Chess Festival - FISCA are regulated by the Chess Laws and the current regulations of FIDE and FRȘah.

2. Participarea la oricare dintre turneele Festivalului implică cunoașterea și acceptarea tacită a acestor reguli de joc.

Participation in any of the Festival's tournaments implies knowledge and tacit acceptance of these rules of the game.

3. Este responsabilitatea fiecărui jucător să fie înscris corect la fiecare din turneele pe care decide să joace. De asemenea, jucătorul trebuie să se asigure că detaliile sale care apar în diferitele liste de înregistrare și clasamente sunt corecte și trebuie să informeze Organizatorii Festivalului în cazul unei greșeli.

It is the responsibility of each player to be correctly registered in each of the tournaments they decide to play. The player must also ensure that his details appearing in the various registration lists and rankings are correct and must inform the Festival Organizers in case of a mistake.

4. Câștigătorul (sau ambii jucători în caz de remiză) va fi responsabil de comunicarea arbitrilor a rezultatului lor. Dacă rezultatul unui joc nu a fost declarat arbitrului, ambii jucători vor fi considerați că au pierdut partida. Originalul fișei de partidă este proprietatea organizatorului, jucătorii având obligația să o depună, semnată și cu rezultatul corect, către arbitru, la finalul partidei. Nu lăsați fișele de partidă pe masa de joc!

The winner (or both players if the game is a draw) will be responsible for communicating their results to the referees. If the result of a game has not been declared to the referee, both players will be considered to have lost the match. The original of the match sheet is the property of the organizer, the players have the obligation to submit it, signed and with the correct result, to the referee, at the end of the match. Do not leave the game sheet on the game table!

5. Așezare pieselor în poziția inițială va fi, de asemenea, responsabilitatea jucătorilor, după ce partida s-a terminat. Piesele, tabla sau ceasul nu pot fi scoase din sălile de joc.

Placing the pieces in the starting position will also be the responsibility of the players after the game is over. The pieces, the board or the clock cannot be removed from the playing hall.

6. Jucătorii trebuie să respecte Dressing Condul FIDE și să aibă un comportament corect și sportiv.

Players must abide by the FIDE Dressing Code and behave in a fair play manner.

7. Fumatul, chiar și cu țigările electronice, nu este permis în sălile de joc și în toate spațiile hotelurilor, cu excepția teraselor exterioare.

Smoking, even with electronic cigarettes, is not allowed in the game rooms and in all hotel spaces, except for the outdoor terraces.

8. Intrarea cu telefoane mobile în sălile de joc este interzisă, cu excepția cazului în care acestea sunt oprite și sunt păstrate pe toată durata partidei de către arbitru, într-un loc special amenajat. Nu va fi permisă intrarea în sălile de joc cu niciun fel de dispozitiv electronic care ar putea fi folosit pentru a oferi ajutor jucătorilor de șah. Jucătorul autorizează arbitrii să verifice dacă telefonul este oprit în cazul în care au vreo îndoială în acest sens.

Mobile phones are not allowed in the playing hall, unless they are stopped and stored by the referee throughout the match, in a specially arranged place. No electronic devices that could be used to help chess players will be allowed to enter the game rooms. The player authorizes the referees to check if the phone is switched off if they have any doubts in this regard.

9. Jucătorii nu pot părăsi sălile de joc fără o justificare sau permisiunea unui arbitru în timpul partidei lor. În special, nu pot merge în camerele lor de hotel sau să ia contact cu cineva din sală înainte de a-și termina partida.

Players may not leave the game rooms without justification or permission from a referee during their match. In particular, they cannot go to their hotel rooms or contact someone in the room before the end of their game.

10. Organizatorii Festivalului, de comun acord cu arbitrii, își rezervă dreptul de a atribui săli de joc așa cum consideră cel mai potrivit, putând izola orice partidă, în timpul oricărei runde a oricărui turneu de șah clasic.

The organizers of the Festival, in agreement with the referees, reserve the right to assign game rooms as they see fit, being able to isolate any game, during any round of any classic chess tournament.

11. Organizatorii își rezervă dreptul de a face unele mici modificări specifice în programele turneelor, pentru a-și îmbunătăți condițiile și programul. De asemenea, de comun acord cu arbitrii, Organizatorii pot crește sau reduce numărul de runde ale oricărui turneu din cadrul festivalului. Deși este o circumstanță improbabilă, în cazul în care apar modificări, jucătorii vor fi anunțați cu mult timp în avans. Ora și sală de desfășurare vor fi anunțate si pe chess-results.

The organizers reserve the right to make some small specific changes to the tournament schedules, in order to improve their conditions and schedule. Also, in agreement with the referees, the Organizers may increase or decrease the number of rounds of any tournament within the festival. Although it is an unlikely circumstance, if changes occur, players will be notified well in advance. The time and venue will also be announced on the chessresults.

12. Participarea la oricare dintre turneele Festivalului implică acceptarea de către jucător a faptului că detaliile sale personale și informațiile despre partide pot fi publicate în diferite locuri, pe care Organizația le consideră de dorit pentru o mai bună publicitate a evenimentului. Aceste mijloace includ, de exemplu, listele de înregistrare (hârtie și online în diferite suporturi), rezultatele meciurilor, clasamentele turneului, transmisii sau retransmisii etc.

Participation in any of the Festival's tournaments implies acceptance by the player of the fact that his personal details and match information may be published in various places, which the Organization deems desirable for better publicity of the event. These means include, for example, checklists (paper and online in various media), match results, tournament rankings, broadcasts or retransmissions, etc.
